Atomic Kitten band member Liz McClarnon has been booked to sing at this year’s event. Liz, who had a string of hits with Atomic Kitten and has also had solo success since the band have taken a break. She will perform a mix of her old & new tracks to visitors on the day. Also performing on the live stage will be talented vocalist Matthew Roberts as well as plenty of children’s entertainment with the John Garland Puppet Show!
Other entertainment at the event will include helicopter pleasure rides from the beach by the Toad Pub and hovercraft pleasure rides will also be in operation from by the pier. Knightly’s will once again be bringing along their giant funfair and have promised a giant new ride for this year, which will send tremors down the spines of even the bravest people!
There will also be interactive displays from the Royal Navy & Marines, Food Standards Agency, HM Revenue & Customs, BBC Hysbus, Arrive Alive NW Fire Service, Army Cadets and many other organisations.
